Each individual may hold only one ct9 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances held across the duplicate accounts.

Scope of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of the ct9 platform including, but not limited to, account registration and management, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, slots, virtual casino, and any promotional or bonus offers made available through ct9. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or products and will be communicated at the point of participation. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any product-specific or promotion-specific terms, the more specific terms shall prevail.

Age Restriction & Eligibility
Access to and use of the ct9 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account with ct9, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you. ct9 takes the protection of minors with the utmost seriousness and operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
18+ Only — Strictly Enforced: Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Eligibility Criteria
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain a ct9 account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your account.
- You must be a resident of or accessing ct9 from Bangladesh. ct9 is designed and operated specifically for the Bangladesh market.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of a ct9 employee or contractor.
- You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ct9 or any related platform.
- You must be acting entirely on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Age Verification
ct9 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any time, including at the time of registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any other point during the operation of your account. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth certificate as evidence of your age. During any pending age verification check, ct9 may suspend deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay on your account until the check is satisfactorily completed.
Account Registration
To access the full range of ct9 services, you must register a personal account on the platform. The ct9 registration process requires you to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide and must update your account details promptly if any of your information changes.
One Account Policy
Each individual person may register and operate only one ct9 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ct9 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be permanently closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals across those accounts will be forfeited without compensation. If you have forgotten your login credentials, you must use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ct9 will never ask you for your password by email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account — including any bets placed, deposits made, or personal information changed — will be treated as having been authorised by you. Account Accuracy: Providing false information during registration — including a false name, false date of birth, or false contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate and permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
ct9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as part of its commitment to player safety and platform integrity. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at any stage. Standard KYC documents accepted by ct9 include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of address such as a recent bank statement or utility bill. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ct9 may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until the verification is resolved.
Deposits & Withdrawals
ct9 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All transactions — deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and game stakes — are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied, and no foreign exchange fees are charged by ct9 in connection with any transaction on the platform.

Deposit Terms
Deposits made through any supported payment method are credited to your ct9 account balance in real time, typically within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, however ct9 reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring procedures to deposits that are unusually large or inconsistent with a player's established deposit history.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals from ct9 are processed to your registered payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ct9 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes from the point of request confirmation; actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions. You may only withdraw to a payment account that is registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be refused.
Withdrawal Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, ct9 may require you to have completed KYC verification. Transaction Disputes

Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses offered by ct9 carry a wagering requirement, which means that you must wager the bonus amount — or in some cases, the combined deposit and bonus amount — a specified number of times before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will always be clearly stated in the specific terms of each bonus offer. Bonus Expiry

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently closed, and all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the ct9 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree to act in good faith in all interactions with ct9, its staff, and other platform users. The following constitutes a non-exhaustive list of prohibited conduct on the ct9 platform.
Strictly Prohibited Actions
- Registering more than one ct9 account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at registration or at any point during account operation.
- Using the ct9 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or exploit any aspect of the ct9 platform.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or apparent software error are void and will be recovered.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to affect the outcome of any game or bet on ct9.
- Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing ct9 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the ct9 platform, its servers, or its databases.
- Allowing or encouraging a minor (person under 18 years of age) to access or use your ct9 account.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Any breach of the user obligations set out in this section may result in one or more of the following actions by ct9, at its sole discretion: immediate suspension of your account pending investigation; permanent closure of your account; forfeiture of all funds held in your account, including deposits, bonus credits, and winnings; recovery of any amounts already withdrawn in connection with prohibited conduct; and referral of the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either you or ct9 may close your ct9 account at any time. The process and consequences of closure differ depending on whether the closure is initiated voluntarily by you or by ct9 as a result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your ct9 account voluntarily, please contact support at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any remaining balance in your account (subject to applicable withdrawal terms and wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be removed upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Self-Exclusion

Closure by ct9
ct9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, where fraud or illegal activity is suspected, or where ct9 is required to do so by law or regulation. Where an account is closed by ct9 due to a breach, any funds held in the account may be forfeited. Where ct9 closes an account for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, a business decision to cease operating in a specific market), ct9 will return any remaining balance to the player through their registered payment method.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ct9 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if ct9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Platform Availability
ct9 endeavours to maintain platform availability of 99.9% and operates monitoring systems around the clock to detect and resolve service interruptions. However, ct9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where possible. ct9 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction — including a software error, disconnection during a live game, or incorrect display of odds or game outcomes — ct9 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and return the relevant stakes to the players' accounts. ct9 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or other damages arising from a game malfunction. The ct9 support team will investigate all reported game malfunction incidents and communicate the outcome to affected players as promptly as reasonably possible.
Third-Party Services
